June 2014 - Buyers Agent for a Residential Purchase in Highlands Ranch
David did expert work in helping me locate, accurately price, negotiate, finance, and manage my purchase of my new home in Highlands Ranch which I am supremely pleased with! Despite my ability to purchase at a higher price point, I never felt pressure from him to do so, in fact, he was very willing to discuss the merits of a lesser priced property to my situation, and in the final decision guided me in that direction. His recommendation of a loan broker to work with was right on point, I felt confident that I was getting expert advice and the best financing deal available. David Smith is a true professional with excellent Realtor Skills! In 2011, David took on the sale of a (distressed)family home that had very little chance of succes. He dove in and gave us all the advice needed to get the home ready for sale. After about a month of preparation, he started to show the home, and in just 6 weeks he had found a buyer at a price we were very happy with! In order to consummate the deal, he had to disclose information about the property that would turn most buyers away. Due to David's professional demeanor, high standard of ethics, and obvious empathy for our situation, the buyer was put at ease and continued with the transaction at our asking price, and we were able to close just before the New Year. I would likely to highly recommend David Smith as a partner in either buying or selling your Home and/or investment Real-estate. As you might imagine dealing with the government was no fun, and there were quite a few hoops to jump through in order to acquire the property in a timely fashion.
